Low-carb Okonomiyaki with Next Burger
Created by Chef 'Hatch' Kenjiro Hashida, owner of Hashida Singapore and Hashida Tokyo. This original okonomiyaki combines melt-in-your-mouth dough made with yam, Next Burger patty fried in soy sauce, shiso leaves, and ponzu (Japanese citrus juice).
